Service Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Round Rock -Palm Valley Plaza

Checked in online. Got the text saying it would be ten minutes and my stylist would be available. Nydia Johnson was the stylist. I went to the counter to ask why it’s 30 minutes past my appointment time and she was nowhere around. I was informed she was gathering towels. It was suggested I get back in line and go first available so I could get a haircut. Not sure who ended up cutting my hair but she was nice.

Very slow and don’t believe wait time on website. Website said no wait but when I arrived I waited 45 minutes. Horrible service.
