Let me first say I have been going to this location for a few months now with no problems. My primary stylist unfortunately moved on, but other stylist I have had in the past have worked out ok. I took a chance on a new stylist named Meridyn. After explaining how I liked my haircut she asked if I wanted it medium or medium high. I told her I was unfamiliar with those terms given that my previous stylist just knew what to do. Instead of explInijg the differences between the two Meridyn just began cutting. Working so quickly even she commented on it "Wow I'm going to fast" (or something to that effect) I laughed it off but said "Yeah, slow down, this is my hair here." (Not trying to upset the person holding the clippers to my head) The end result, a haircut that was too high and done too quickly. I know it's a business, but if I wanted a fast cheap cut there are other places I could go to. I prefer to pay a little extra here because I appreciate the usual effort I recieve from the regular stylist. I am unsure if I will be returning based on this experience.
